Test next Wednesday (March 3 (worth 10%) - you may bring your answers to the following questions into the test, but the test questions will be slightly different.

a) Briefly describe the short-term (immediate) and long-term causes of the war of 1812

b) Briefly describe the major battles of the war of 1812. What would the consequence have been if Canada lost these battles?

c) Briefly describe the life of a soldier during the war.

d) What was the treaty of Ghent?

e) Based on page 122, what were the major effects of the war on BNA?

Mini-assignment - On three different cartesian co-ordinate systems draw the following reflections, using shapes of your choice:
